This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and any cookie notice or additional privacy information provided when personal data is collected. Personal data processed as part of a commissioned research, intelligence, due-diligence or advisory engagement may also be governed by the relevant client agreement or a separate privacy notice.

Passwords are stored in protected or encrypted form by the relevant service provider.
Payment and transaction data. Where online payment is available, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not intend to store full payment-card details on our own systems. Business information from other sources. We may receive professional contact information from your employer or organisation, referral partners, event organisers, publicly available corporate websites or professional profiles, and other lawful business sources.
The public Website is not intended for the submission of sensitive personal data. Please do not send confidential, classified, privileged, health-related, biometric, criminal-record or other highly sensitive information through a public contact form unless we have specifically requested it and provided an appropriate secure channel.

When personal data is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or securely isolate it, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
11. Data Security and Incidents
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. Measures may include access controls, authentication, secure hosting, encryption where appropriate, vendor controls, confidentiality obligations, monitoring and incident-response procedures.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Where a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify the competent authority and affected individuals where required by applicable law.
12. Your Rights
Subject to the PDPL and any applicable legal conditions or exceptions, you may have the right to:
- request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain access to relevant information;
